Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. Your notes, pings and tasks stay where they are, and you can keep writing. Only the feature that reached its daily allowance, like Ask, AI actions or voice captures, pauses until the next day. You’ll see a note when it happens, and you can upgrade then if you want more.

Yes. No card, no trial clock. Notes, pings, tasks and reminders are unlimited on Free, and so are encryption, the PIN lock and exporting your data. You also get 10 Ask questions and 10 voice captures every day.

Yes, in Settings under Manage subscription, in a couple of clicks. Your plan stays until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then you move to Free. You won’t be charged again.

Yes. If a plan isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for it and we’ll refund that payment in full. After that, cancelling stops future renewals, but we don’t refund part of a period.

Nothing is deleted. If you have more habits, spaces or calendars than your new plan includes, they all stay in your account. You just can’t add more until you’re back under the limit, and extras beyond it may become read-only.

Your notes, pings and tasks are encrypted before they’re saved, and we never sell your data or use it for ads. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy or Paystack, so your card number never reaches us.

It’s priced for where you live. A fair price in Lagos isn’t the same as a fair price in London, so plans paid in naira cost less, with exactly the same features. Naira payments go through Paystack.

Yes. Move between Plus and Pro, or between monthly and yearly, from Settings under Manage subscription.

Plans are priced in US dollars or Nigerian naira. VAT and similar taxes are included where they apply, and checkout shows the final amount before you pay. If your card is in another currency, such as euros, your bank may convert the charge.
